I was a bit worried about it at first but it really was okay. So if you are dreading it then dont worry, its fine!

EASY PEESY!

I was quite nervous about the jab, so when i went in to have it done, i was abit aprehensive. Then before I knew it, the nurse was binning the needle and it was all done, i didnt even realise she’d done it!! It didn’t hurt a bit, I didn’t feel a thing!

Remember poor Jade

Me and my friends followed Jade Goody’s story in the news and we felt very sad that she lost her life so young. I really don’t like needles and was dead nervous about having the HPV jab, but the nurse was really nice and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I need to go back to my doctors for 2 more jabs but I think it’s important protect myself against cervical cancer.

Had the jab, now must go shopping

Had my first HPV jab last Thursday, it stung a bit but was well worth it to help protect myself from cervical cancer in the future. Bit of a bonus thought as got given a card by the nurse which gives me 10% off at New Look in Bury so must go shopping!!

No big deal

I had the jab this morning at my doctor’s and it was no big deal, it was very quick and I was in and out in no time. I’ve put a note in my phone to go back for 2nd jab next month to remind me.
